Our current processing time is 2-5 business days.

Packages come USPS Ground Advantage (USPS says ground advantage is 2-5 business days). When you check out, it should tell you how long it's estimated to take.

Unfortunately, delays can happen with USPS, and there is nothing we can do from our end. After packages are in USPS hands, we cannot see where the package is and cannot offer refunds for delays.

I am a small business and therefore cannot offer returns.

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out with pictures to lacy@nerdoutwithmybookout.com. I will gladly send replacements.

If your item is damaged in transit, and it's at fault of USPS, I will ask that you submit a claim with them.
